Bencotto is Little Italy's newest restaurant and it is the place to see and be seen... Mostly because of the floor to ceiling windows, but also because it is Little Italy's new "It" spot. Speaking of the windows, the whole building (The "Q," a new John Segal project) is see-through which makes for great entertainment. Last time we were there waiting with our friends for a table we witnessed a dance party in the loft above... So we started dancing in the street. When in Rome! Bencotto has a sophisticated scene, while remaining sincere about their homemade meals.

Red Velvet, in the same building as Bencotto, is one of the most intimate wine bar we have ever come across. It is super small... Which makes it the perfect place to cozy up to the bar and enjoy wordly wine and wonderful conversation. What a great way to end your Italian escapade!
