 The New Yorkers have their Hamptons, the Floridians have their Keys, and we have... L'Auberge! Well, at least for a dreamy daycation getaway. L'Auberge in Del Mar is a true San Diego sanctuary for locals and visitors (and locals acting like visitors) alike!

 Going on a picnic sounds nice, but going on a picnic with cocktails, games, and a view sounds glorious! Kate Sessions Park in Pacific Beach (or "P.B.") is one of the few semi-secret sanctuaries where you can still drink, but its best feature is that it is family friendly and the views are phenomenal.

There is nothing that FORCES you to relax more than being on a boat in the middle of the ocean or even in our beautiful bay. Your blackberry won't work out there, but bring it anyways... Maybe you will get lucky and it will fall overboard!
