Wine Steals Wine Bar is such a hit that they have expanded all over San Diego... and each time we go check out a new location we love that one better than the last! Whether it's the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course in Point Loma, the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean in Cardiff, the rooftop bar in East Village, or the eclectic crowd in Hillcrest... you can't go wrong! Every Sunday all of the Wine Steals locations have a lazy Sunday afternoon special. Starting at 11am until they run out of their tasting wine, they offer $10 6 half-glasses of red and white wine. They call these "tastes," but let us assure you- if you can drink all 6 you're a true wine connesuer! Their samples of wine are for both novel and sophisticated wine drinkers and they are a great compliment to Wine Steals' delicious brunch.

Walking down the stairs to the underground Syrah is like sliding down the rabbit hole with Alice in Wonderland! If you can find the door (I'll give you a hint- look for the ivy) then you will be rewarded with some of the most decadent decor downtown has seen to date.
Great wine and good competition are a great combination for a Sunday night with friends. Head to Syrah this Sunday and browse through their selection of Scrabble, Connect Four, Apples to Apples, Clue, Sorry, etc. May the best man win!

When you go to Starlite you feel as if you’ve gone back in time to a sexy, retro lounge where intellectual conversation fills the room as hipsters sip on trendy cocktails. The doorway itself is a virtual porthole back to the 70’s. I would recommend sitting at the sunken bar downstairs and ordering their signature “Starlite Mule” cocktail in a copper mug… luckily, on Mondays and Sundays it's $5 Starlite Mules and $15 off wine by the bottle with the purchase of an entree. Wine-not??
